Help When a Login Needs a Hand
If you get stuck at sign-in, you're not left to figure it out alone. Our support team is reachable through the account help page and by live chat from the lobby, and we answer in clear English for Indonesia. For anything tied to wallet verification or a forgotten password, send a quick message and we'll walk you through the step. We keep our support channels published right inside your account so help is always one tap from the login screen.
How We Guard Your Sign-In
Your login details and wallet information sit behind standard encryption, so the data you type in stays scrambled as it travels. We add an identity check on top, confirming the phone number you signed up with before we ever handle a withdrawal to your wallet. Data protection rules shape what we store and how long we keep it, and we only collect what your account actually needs. This is our stance on keeping access careful and correct, without claiming more than we do.
Encrypted connection
Your password and wallet details travel over an encrypted connection, so nobody on the network reads what you type at sign-in.
Phone verification
Every new account proves the phone number first. Withdrawals double-check that identity again before funds move to your wallet.
Data protection
We keep only what your account needs and treat your personal details with care. You control the information tied to your login.
Responsible access
Access runs where local law permits, and we keep the account flow steady. Your session stays yours, on the devices you use.
What Happens When You Sign In
When you open your account, we ask for your username and password, then confirm it's really you with a one-time code sent to your phone. That OTP is your first gate, and it keeps returning logins quick without re-entering your full details every time. After you're in, your wallet balance, recent activity and the games
you last opened are right on the first screen, so you can pick up exactly where you stopped. Your session stays active across tabs on the same device, and we'll prompt you to re-verify only for sensitive actions like a withdrawal request.
-
OTP sign-in A one-time code to your phone confirms each login without extra passwords. It's your quick, clear first step into the account.
-
Wallet-linked balance Your DANA, OVO or GoPay wallet balance shows beside your account funds, so you always see what's available to top up from.

Returning-player shortcuts Lost password? Reset from the sign-in screen in a few taps. We keep your last visited games one tap away from the lobby.

Local Payment Methods for Your Account
Your account wallet is built around the e-wallets you already carry, so moving money in doesn't break your routine. Deposits via DANA, OVO or GoPay go through your usual app flow — open the wallet, confirm the amount and authorize with your PIN. When you're ready to withdraw, the funds return to the same wallet you deposited from, keeping everything clean and traceable. Availability depends on local law and which regions are eligible.
